Mr. R.D. Variawa has worked for Insurance Industry for over 40 years and joined UNISON in 2004 as Executive chairman. Before Joining UNISON Mr. Variawa was working with one of the largest Indian Insurance company “The New India Assurance company Limited and last position held by him was as Assistant General Manager in-charge of one of the largest Regional office handling premium of more than 500 crores and dealing with almost all major corporate accounts like Reliance, ONGC, HPCL, MRPL, Aditya Birla group business, NTPC and many more corporate.
Mr. Variawa has rich experience of handling and servicing many major corporate with his team member and carrying his team along with vision of his customer with aim to bring total customer satisfaction. Mr. Variawa was associated with Reliance insurance portfolio since construction stage of first Hazira plant. The first Mega policy to NTPC was designed under leadership of Mr. Variawa during his tenure as Regional in-charge of Vadodara Regional office of The New India Assurance Company and during the said period he was servicing to KRIHBCO, GNFC and GSFC also.

Mr. B. K. Sinha, Managing Director
Mr. B.K.Sinha has worked for Insurance Industry for over 21 years and joined UNISON in 2002 as Managing Director. Before Joining UNISON Mr. Sinha was working with one of the largest Indian Insurance company “The New India Assurance company Limited and last position held by him was as Branch Manager in-charge of one of the largest Branch office handling premium of more than 10 crores and as Mr. Sinha had developed this branch business from three crores to ten crores in less than 2 years just before six months of his quitting The New India this office status was elevated as Divisional office. Mr. Sinha techno-marketing is well known and admired by New India management as credit of two office elevation from Branch office to Divisional office goes with his service record of The New India Assurance company dealing with major corporate accounts like Adani, Alembic, FAG and many more corporate along with rich experience of handling retail mediclaim Policyholders.
Mr. Sinha joined General Insurance Corporation of India as Direct Recruit officer in 1988 and was allotted The New India Assurance Company, Sinha has had wide exposure to work in core insurance area like underwriting, claims, accounts and marketing, and also involved in risk inspection of medium size risk. Sinha has rich experience of handling and servicing many major corporate with his team member and designing NEW products on customized basis to suit the requirement of customers. The First Industrial All Risk Policy to be issued to Port Operation in India was his brainchild. He credited with dealing with major loss of profit claim of port which was the first claim in Indian market dealt with professional international surveyor firms. He is recently consulted by an international client on major claim abroad where his approach and advice towards claim was appreciated by client which proves his experience of handling most complicated claim also.
Under Leadership of Sinha UNISON has total seven numbers of offices with more than 365 clients being handling by us with many new product innovations by us in seven years of operation as broker.

Mr. D. B. Rindhani, Director
Mr. D.B.Rindani has worked for Insurance Industry for over 31 years and joined UNISON in 2004 as DIRECTOR. Before Joining UNISON he was working with one of the largest Indian Insurance company “The New India Assurance company Limited and last position held by him was as Manager in-charge of Miscellaneous and Marine department of one of the Regional office handling premium of more than 150 crores and dealing with almost all major corporate accounts like KRIHBCO, GNFC, GSFC, IPCL and many more corporate.
Mr. Rindani joined The New India Assurance Company, in 1973 and has had wide exposure to work in core insurance area like underwriting, claims, product development and business development. Rindani has rich experience of handling major underwriting proposal and large size claim and servicing many major corporate. He is well known for his technical knowledge in Miscellaneous and marine and also was visiting faculty member to training college on the insurance subject.

Mr. V. R. Datta, Director (Technical)
Mr. V.R Datta has worked for Insurance Industry for over 32 years and joined UNISON in 2004 as DIRECTOR (TECHNICAL). Before Joining UNISON Mr. Datta was working as free lancer Risk Management Advisor in Indian market and advising all insurance company about risk mitigation, risk reduction as well as conducting risk inspection of all mega and medium risk on behalf of all insurance company for the period of two years. Mr, Datta was associate as Head Risk management and Techno marketing cell of IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance company for four years and analyzing risk profile of all clients and suggesting the risk management process on behalf of IFFCO-TOKIO. The credit goes to him for introducing all fertilizer plant business to Iffco-Tokio to him.
Mr. Datta joined The New India Assurance Company, in 1980 as direct recruit Risk Engineer and has had wide exposure to work in core insurance area like underwriting, claims, risk inspection and techno marketing cell of The New India Assurance Company Limited. Mr. Datta was associated with Reliance insurance portfolio since construction stage of first Hazira plant and designing MEGA CORPORATE POLICY to many clients. Datta has rich experience of conducting risk inspection of almost all major risk like KRIHBCO, IPCL, MRPL, GSFC, GNFC, NTPC many plants, ESSAR Refinery, HPCL, IOC and many more large size of risk ranging from 100 crores to more than 20,000 crores. Mr Datta has traveled many foreign countries to discuss and finalize reinsurance programme of many large risk and report for risk inspection conducted by him is widely appreciated and accepted by reinsurance market.
Mr. Datta has rich experience of handling and servicing many major corporate and conducting risk management programmes for major corporate client and advising them on risk prevention, risk minimization and risk transfer technique to their best satisfaction. He has worked in underwriting, claim and techno-marketing to advise best risk transfer programme and best suited insurance programme for them.
A chemical engineer graduate from I.I.T, Kanpur with Fellow from Insurance Institute of India and known Risk Management veteran well known to all customers in the market for his technical competency in guiding client about risk management programme. He also posses working exposure of industrial plant as before joining insurance sector in 1980 he worked with Kores, Paper products and RCF.

Mr. J.Ravi Prakash has worked for Insurance Industry for over 15 years and joined UNISON in 2007 as DIRECTOR (TECHNICAL). Before Joining UNISON Mr. Ravi Prakash was working with TATA-AIG as Head Energy underwriting for Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Ravi has worked in techno-marketing cell of Cholamandlam Insurance Company for three years and played vital role in business development in south. Ravi has vast exposure in Power plant risk management.
Ravi possess unique combination of working experience as Loss assessor and adjustor, Underwriting the major energy risk and providing customer services to many multinational clients while he was working with J.B. Boda and Company and also while he is working for UNISON.
A Postgraduate in Industrial engineer and management and known techno marketing person with varied experience of handling major claim of more than 5 crores and is the best advisor to client for Machinery Breakdown Policy and Machinery Breakdown Loss of profit Policy. Ms. Sneha Shah, Director & Head - Mumbai Operations
Ms. Sneha has working experience of more than 8 years in insurance and started her carrier in Insurance with UNISON in 2001. Sneha has worked in various departments like Underwriting, claim, and customer services.
Ms. Sneha has rich experience of handling and servicing many major corporate like GE Plastic, Manikchand Group, Mundra Port, Adani Wilmar, Krishnapattanam Port, Marico and has actively played major role in handling major claim of Business interruption of Mundra Port and many claims exceeding one crores for material damage.

Mr. Anuj Raizada, Director & Head - Delhi Operations
Mr. Anuj Raizada has worked with Insurance Industry for more than 10 years and joined UNISON in 2002 as Director and Head of Delhi Operations. Prior to joining UNISON he was working with insurance consultant firm in Delhi and has also working experience for working with most known stock broking company.
Mr. Anuj has rich experience of handling and servicing many major corporate like CNBC, Cargill India, RICO and many more corporate customers and has actively played major role in handling major claim various customers. He is known for his passion for customer service and best negotiation skills.

Mr. Rohan Gupta, Director & Head - Ahmedabad Operations
Mr. Rohan Gupta has worked for Insurance Industry for over 9 years and joined UNISON in 2005 as Head Ahmedabad Operation. Before Joining UNISON Rohan was working as corporate Agent and servicing to many medium sizes corporate.
Rohan has worked for business development of UNISON and have cater to the insurance requirement of many corporates. Rohan has vast experience of handling infrastructure projects in short duration of his insurance carrier and possess sound knowledge of project insurance which helps him in designing best insurance programme for our infrastructure clients.

Mr. N.C. Jain, Head – Credit Insurance Cell
Mr. N.C. Jain has more than twenty five year of experience in finance sector and has worked with many corporates in various capacities in finance department. Mr. S.O Dixit has worked for Insurance Industry for over 25 years and joined UNISON in 2008 as DIRECTOR. Before Joining UNISON he has working experience with both private sector insurance company and with one of the largest Indian Insurance company “The New India Assurance Company Limited and last position held by him was as Manager in-charge of foreign operation. Mr. G. Rama Mohan Rao, Head – AP Operations
Mr. Rama Mohan Rao has served the Insurance Industry for over 30 years. Prior to his joining UNISON in October, 2008 he served with “The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd.” from 1977 to 2004. During this service with Oriental, he held several responsible posts as Asst. Branch Manager, Branch Manger, Senior Branch manger & Divisional Manger in and around Hyderabad. He possesses special liking and skill for Insurance of Infrastructure Projects.
Before joining UNISON, Mr. Rao also served with Chola MS General Insurance Co. as Dy. General Manager for a period of four and a half years.
